My profile is that of a hybrid: I am someone who is drawn to the more creative side of graphic arts, complemented by a commitment to high technical standards in execution. Illustration, graphic design, and the audiovisual world have been a daily and uninterrupted passion of mine for over 25 years.
Throughout my career, I have worked for a wide variety of industries, producing materials across all categories of the field. While this might suggest a generalist approach, my focus has actually been on a thorough study and specialization in all the elements required by each project, in terms of style and technical challenges.
I enjoy combining the fundamental principles of traditional design with new technologies, which have already established themselves as very useful tools; however, I am convinced that certain aspects of design—be it purpose, soul, or that intangible spark that makes us human—can hardly be emulated by machines.
